Expressionist signed oil on canvas painting by California artist Tillie De Bruyn

Up for sale is a really nice expressionistic oil on canvas by artist Tillie De Bruyn from Arroyo Grande California. The piece is titled “Cathedral II, Opus XII” and has a visible area of 9-1/2” X 19-1/2” and is 14-1/2” X 24-1/2” framed. It is both signed and dated in the lower right-hand corner. The artwork is ready for hanging though the frame does have a few minor nicks and the brown velvet slightly shows its age. In case you decide to reframe the piece I’ve included a couple of images of what it may look like based upon the frame and matting chosen.
Please note that the black artwork stand in the pictures is not included as part of this sale.
Up for sale is an original art hand lettered calligraphy LORD'S PRAYER done ca 1985 judging from the frame and the backing.  There is real gold leaf illuminated letters and some original border illumination.  The paper and glass are 11x14" with a 1" frame all around.  It looks like the frame got knocked around some at the estate sale, but none the less with a little "plumping" with water and some stain or touch up wood markers this vintage frame will look good as new.  Please read the LORD'S PRAYER in its entirity to be certain it is the rendition you desire.   This would be a great gift for your church or for a wedding with a couple who collects vintage art.  Some lovely hand lettering and a beautiful illuminated heavenly O in the beginning.  A great gift for a loved one.  Best of luck in your decision.
