The backside is plain. Front shows birds and flowers in red, blue, and yellow with green leaves.

About the artist:
Gad Almaliah
was born in Jerusalem, he
studied at the Bezalel Academy of Art
in
Jerusalem
and the
school
of Visual Arts in New York City.
Gad served as president of the graphic
Designers' Association of Israel for 15 years.
He designed coins, stamps and medals
for the Israeli
government as well as the emblem for the six day war. Gad Almaliah passed away in January of 2007
